Ok, I don't get this - why is there a download when it isn't allowed? Why isn't it allowed - I feel perfectly capable of knowing if I like the film myself? If the point is only releasing the good stuff - why not just flag and promote the content you think is good and just let the rest be available for those that want to decide for themselves?
