Welllllll....................I'm only comenting because of Touniquette and his likes. I am so sick to death of hearing the "we came to save your asses in WW1 & WW2" old trash.........I admit I come from a family who has been in the Royal Navy, Merchant Marine, and Trinity House Pilots for over 200yrs, before they actually had those names I admit, but the carrears still existed.

NO one saved Britain.........the Royal Air Force had trashed the Luftwaffe well before the Japs did their sneak attack on Dec 7th '42. The British Secret Service was already decoding the German messaging system by then, the first Enigma machine was passed to the British by a Swedish secretary who simply walked out of the German embassy in Neutral Swedens Geman Embassy, combined with a damaged one we already had from an even more damaged U-Boat (Hollywood isn't history USA, its entertainment that just makes the US look superior so you can all keep on slapping your own backs) there were times when Betchley Heath was decoding german messages before the Germans were. The USA didn't get an Enigma machin until 1944. From the UK point of view you were, and still are a huge Security hole (Wikki-Leaks!!!). All thru the war we told the US what they needed to know for their own safety, and what we thought they couldn't screw up with!!!

Also from messsages between the Japanese and German High Comissions we were aware of the forchcoming liklihood of an attack in late November/early Decemper 1942, and where, and this was passed on to Roosvelt and the forerunners of the CIA/NSA who had two brothers involved who's families have made profits from every US war since then (their family name starts with 'D' and they are also very big names in Haliburton to this day) work it out for yourselves.

The word never got passed on.

Add that to the US ambassador to Great Britain in 1940 advised the same government that "America should not come to the aid of the British as they only have 6 weeks left before they collapse".............this was an ex-bootlegger with connections to the precursor of the IRA who went by the name of Kennedy, father to a couple of famously dead Kennedy's. The IRA as they were then gave great help to the Germans, and after WW2 many ex-SS and Geheim Stats Politszei from many German occupied coutries set up home in Ireland, helped by passports supplied by the Jesuit Order, who the Kennedy father also had heavy connections to. To this day the biggest supplier of school books to the whole of Ireland (not Northern Ireland which is part of the UK) is a printing and publishing house started by a high ranking Nazi/SS member, diceased of course, but never even tried to hide. The company started in 1947.

The point I'm making is YES the finance of the USA was badly needed, and your mass production capabilities...............but for you to think that 'you came to save us' is your usual pumped up USA
