Yes I may have misused the term "ideological", I should have used a word more like "technicality" or "measurement method". I remember reading about that but couldn't recall nor find the exact reason.
Anyway, not being in the list doesn't change the fact that it was/is huge on torrent. It would have been a cool symbol, but nothing more.
Plus, I bet that when the whole movie is released on torrent, it'll logarithmically kick torrentfreak's most pirated movies's scale's ass.

it was not included in the top10 for ideological reasons, but was #1 most shared torrent on earth for a week or so.
Hey, little question, I donated 35$, if I give 15$ more, will it be counted as 50$, giving me access to everything 50$ unlocks ? or has it to be 50$ in one payment ?
It's ok, I got it to work !
I'm very proud to modestly contribute to your project, support your awesome movie, and prove that this way of publishing is the future of culture creation, sharing and funding.
Sorry I'm only a poor student, you deserve much more money.
(also thank you for being an actual point taker for my future [as in 'in 9 hours'] interviews, opposing Belgian majors PRs claiming that sharing destroys art, that torrent is for criminals, and that internet actually reduces cultural diversity. --some people would kill indies with their own hands to keep their jobs.)
Having such an example to show to Belgian majors who claim artists cannot exist without them is pretty much Priceless.
